The Organic Cotton Napper is a knitted weighted blanket designed to help you fall asleep faster and feel calmer, naturally. Made from 100% organic cotton and weighted at about 10% of your body weight.

Your Napper should be roughly 10% of your body weight (e.g. 150lb body weight = 15lb Napper).
