How to Place Orders on W/GOOD CO.

Please send all your purchase orders to concierge@wgood.co.

Items are shipped within 24-48 hours once an order has been confirmed unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Please provide shipping instructions and carrier account # (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) in your purchase order.

Otherwise, shipping costs will be applied based on order quantity, dimensions and shipping method.

Payment terms are Net 15.

All invoices will include a bill.com link with two payment options (1) credit or debit card (2) link your bank account to enable ACH. 

9am to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday except federal holidays.
