Customer service starts when they design their products. From the moment they conceive a new piece of barware, they consider you and how to make your cocktail experience the best possible. They promise to treat you well and do right by you however they can.
Work and life shouldn’t always be so serious! Having fun with their brand marketing and being able to show their personalities is super important to them. Their 30-hour work week is one way they encourage their team to maintain their own lives outside of work.
While they sure do love people, they also love our planet and do their best to reduce their carbon footprint as much as possible. Committing to sustainability is important to them, and they are constantly expanding their sustainability efforts.
